Yes. We cover whole West Malaysia including Langkawi.

Is delivery include battery installation?

NO battery installation provided for all battery ship out as it is ship by courier, grab or lalamove.

Can I purchase online, and personal pickup at OOISAY store?

Are OOISAY ship batteries to East Malaysia?

We ship to East Malaysia for bulk or commercial order customer.

Returns

All our battery products come with a manufacturer warranty. Thus, we do not accept returns with any reason given.

We're pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If something goes awry down the track, be sure to let our support team know via info@carbattery.com.my.

Exchanges

If your product is faulty upon shipment received, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 3 days. We will ship back the correct item to you at no charge.

Please return your item in original condition, and in the original OOISAY packaging.

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it's still within 3 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your order doesn't arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe. Simply email our support team with your order number & details.

What should I do upon receiving the shipment?

Please check our OOISAY security seal are not tamper upon deliver to your hand. If yes, make sure shipment content is new before received. Please refuse to accept the shipment once found suspicious.

Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?

If you want to add an item to your order please email our support team within 3hrs of your purchase and we'll do what we can to adjust things.

Can I purchase with OOISAY without creating an account?

No. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us.

All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

What currency can I pay in?

All transactions are processed in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).

What are my payment options?

We happily accept Mastercard, Visa, Fund Transfer (Online or Offline) or Cheque.

Is it any charges to use Mastercard, Visa?

Yes. There will be 4% surcharge when using online credit card (Mastercard, Visa). You will see the exact charges that you will be paying during checking out.

Which bank can I fund transfer to?

For online or offline fund transfer, items shall be shipped only after the payment has been cleared.

When the payment is successfully made, please email us a screenshot of the payment details page to info@carbattery.com.my together with the order number.

I've made a fund transfer and I still haven't gotten my confirmation email?

You should receive your confirmation email within 12hrs (in working days) from making the payment & sending in the payment slip to us. If you've not received the email, please contact our support team.

I'm paying by cheque, who should I pay to?

The cheque must be crossed and made payable to OOISAY DOTCOM.

Items shall be shipped only after the cheque has been cleared. For local cheque (Malaysia), it normally takes about 2 to 3 business days for clearance.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! Your credit card information is secured and safeguarded when shopping at OOISAY. All information are encrypted and sent through secured and protected channels. OOISAY is employing iPay88 as our payment gateway.

I came across the name iPay88 in OOISAY, what is iPay88?

OOISAY accepts online credit card payment using ipay88 (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transaction over the internet. iPay88 also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required.

Why do I have iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd in my credit card transaction records rather than OOISAY?

Do not worry because our payment gateway partner, iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd collects payment on behalf of OOISAY.

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know if my payment went through successfully?

When you submit your payment details, the iPay88 payment service will request authorization from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on OOISAY. Depending on the outcome of the authorization request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.

A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with OOISAY. It will be sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact info@carbattery.com.my and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.

" A customer with a "bad" battery typically expects something to be done about it immediately. The customer may not understand that the battery may be "good" but simply discharged. "

1. Automotive battery is fully guaranteed against manufacturing and quality defect for a period of 6 months or 20,000km for Diesel vehicle, 12 months or 20,000km for Petrol vehicle from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
2. Customer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer upon purchase (exclude brand VARTA). In case of a warranty claim, customer can choose to send the product directly to manufacturer or to OOISAY, at buyer's discretion.
3. Kindly inform to OOISAY before send back item or else the warranty request will not be process.
4. Customer are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to OOISAY.
5. All suspected faulty battery will be inspected by battery manufacturer upon receipt.
6. During the warranty process, customers have to address the non-battery situation.
7. Warranty will void in any of the following events
• Failure of the motorist to show a receipt as proof of purchase
• Battery damage caused by collision and natural disasters, such as floods, fire, etc
• Battery positive or negative poles/posts melted due to improper installation
• Battery positive or negative poles/posts was found melted and re-build
• Purchase date located at battery surface has been altered
• Battery additive had been added & detected
• Breakage of battery container or cover
• Improper handling the battery positive or negative poles/posts during installation
• Damaged to the battery caused by contamination of the electrolyte
• Malfunction of your vehicle charging and electrical system
• Battery faulty due to customer abuse or negligence, battery will be detain and prepared to verify as evidence. In this case, battery will not be return by battery manufacturer
8. OOISAY reserves the right to have customer presented the vehicle when servicing is required.
9. If any of the above events are not happen, the compensation will base on final decision by battery manufacturer.
10. Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all term & conditions at the time of purchased.

What manufacturer replacement option we have?

1. 100% Cash Refund (AMARON brand only)
• FULLY REFUND based on the date that battery was purchased. (Excluding shipping charges, payment charges, and any miscellaneous charges)
• Refund to your bank account (within 1-14 working days).
2. Battery replacement by prorated
• Replacement battery warranty date is prorated, follow the date the battery was purchased.
• Replacement with brand new battery and ship back to customer at no charge.
• Replacement battery will be same brand; same model from initial battery, exchange will not be accepted. If the battery no longer in stock it will be replaced by another battery model of equal value.
• Formula: Date of Battery Purchased + Warranty Services Time Utilized by Manufacturer

Manufacturer reject the claim, what should I do?

Once verified and agreed by battery manufacturer that faulty are cause by non-manufacturing defects, OOISAY will not replace any new batteries.

A rejected battery could be

1. Ship back
• OOISAY will ship back the rejected battery to you, and you agrees to assume the costs associated with returning the rejected battery.
2. Scrap it & refund
• Scrap the rejected battery with latest scrap price.
• Refund to your bank account (within 1-14 working days).

How about postage charges?

Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us for the warranty process. For more information, kindly email our support team.

How long will it take to process the warranty?

Standard warranty services response time by battery manufacturer is (7 - 14) days from the date we receive your return package.

How do I make a claim?

Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including the official warranty card provided by the manufacturer upon purchase (exclude brand VARTA) will helps a lot in speeding up claims.
