Shipping Policy

  • OOISAY inspects and ensures all batteries are in good condition before they are shipped out.
  • OOISAY is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc. OOISAY will make every effort to assist you where possible. Any additional shipping fee incurred for special arrangements is responsible by customer.
    • In any cases, customers must re-send the items within 14 business days. No refund or battery return if failed to re-send the items.
  • OOISAY is only responsible to deliver goods from the orders receive at around the world. Customer will resolve themselves on the country's customs regulations and tax issues.
    • For international battery orders, battery comes without battery acid. Customer is advised to prepare acid and charge the battery yourself. (Details on how-to will provided after purchased)
  • Formalities of customs due to unclear, goods subject to withholding, OOISAY refusing to be responsible.

  1. Shipment duration is count right after your full payment was cleared into our account, not after you check out your order.
  2. OOISAY will email to notify customer once the parcel is shipped out.
  3. Make sure someone available to receive packages within the whole shipment duration (eg: 1 - 3 days).

  • Commercial Transport
    • States under coverage are Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Pahang, Perak, Perlis and Terengganu.
    • Shipping destination coverage limited to commercial and industrial areas only.
    • Shipping to household areas consider special shipping services, OOISAY has rights to reject to ship the shipment to household areas. Additional shipping charges will impose to customer if household shipment is accepted.
    • Shipment tracking is NOT available.
  • Personal Pickup
    • Instantly service provide by OOISAY. Customer will drive through our store and OOISAY will provide FREE battery installation to you. Kindly refer to our store location.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping at RM15.00 each, regardless of the battery size and destination.

  • Do note that battery is heavyweight items. To maintain the shipping rate reasonable & affordable, partial of shipping charges are backing by OOISAY.

Upon Shipment Received

  • Please check our security seal are not tamper upon delivery. If yes, make sure shipment content is new before received.
  • Should we send an incorrect item to you, you may contact us or email to us at together with your Order Ref within 3 business days of your order received. Once verified and agreed, OOISAY will ship back the correct item to you. No dispute will be entertained after 3 business days.
  • Incorrect item returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
