There will be 4% surcharge when using credit card payment method. You will see the exact price that you will be paying when checking out. No hidden charge, you see exactly what you paid.

Financial Process Exchange (FPX)

We also accept FPX payment method as it is an ideal payment solution for customers who do not have a credit card. All you need for using FPX services is an online banking account*. Payment is directly linked and connected to the customer's specified online banking account. Transactions are usually instant and fast.

Payments made before 12 noon are instant, while payments made after 12 noon shall only be received by OOISAY on the next business day. Therefore orders shall only be processed when the payment is received.

Items shall be shipped only after the cheque has been cleared. For local cheque (Malaysia), it normally takes about 2 to 3 business days for clearance.

If you failed to make full payment within 5 business days, the order will be treated as cancelled without any notice.
