How do I create an account with OOISAY?

Here’s how to get started with us:

Create account with OOISAY 1. Click on the 'My Account' button on the top right hand corner. You can also register an account with us when you checkout.

Create account with OOISAY 2. Click on the 'Create New Account' link to Sign Up.

Create account with OOISAY 3. Fill in all of the details and click 'Sign up now' once you’re done. All details are private and confidential.

Create account with OOISAY 4. After clicking 'Sign up now', your registration will be complete. And you are done. Welcome to the OOISAY family!

How do I edit the information on my account?

To do so, click on the 'Account Menu' link at your account page. Click on 'Modify Personal Info', then change your details as needed, and finally, click the 'Update' button to ensure your details have been saved.

How do I change or add addresses?

You can store additional addresses for future orders. Please note that any changes or adjustments to the address must always be made in advance of a purchase order as we are unable to amend any changes of addresses after the order is made.
To change or add new addresses, click on the 'Modify Shipping Info' link and either add a new address or change your default billing/delivery address.

I can't login with my password?

One of the possible problems is that your account is not verified. An email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account. Alternatively, kindly contact us at for technical assistance.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

It is easy, go to 'My Account' page and click on the 'Forgot password' link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address. (It must be the same email address you registered with OOISAY. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.)

How do I view orders I've made?

Firstly, click on the 'View Previous Order' link. This is where you are able to see the orders you have made with us along with the corresponding order number. Use information from this section whenever you need to change or check the status of your orders with us.

What is in the 'Your Wish List'?

This is where you can view various items which appeal to you that you may mark for your next purchase. To mark a product and put it under your wish list, an 'Add to Wish List' link is available on the side of your desired item.
You may access to wish list every time you log into your account. As and when you wish to purchase these items, you can hop straight to the product through the wish list and checkout with the item.

What are newsletters and why should I subscribe to it?

Newsletters are usually used to keep you up to date with exclusive deals, the latest trends, and product highlights.
Stay updated, and learn about new brands, models and product categories while getting more bangs for your buck. You'll be the first to find out about discount promotions and special offers before anyone else does!

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can visit our unsubscribe page by enter your subscribe email address and we will remove your email from the mailing list.

What are Orders Received, Orders Confirmed and Order Ready / Shipped email?

Order Received: OOISAY has received your orders and waiting for payment.
Order Confirmed: OOISAY has processed your order currently.
Order Ready / Shipped: OOISAY has shipped the order to your shipping address or order ready for personal pick up.

Can I purchase with OOISAY without creating an account?

Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

Making an order

Would like to make your first order with OOISAY? Here's how:

Making an order with OOISAY 1. At the product page, select the appropriate quantity.
2. Then click the 'Buy Now' button.

Making an order with OOISAY 3. After you have filled your cart and have checked the details, click on 'Proceed to Secure Checkout'.

Making an order with OOISAY 4. You will be led to a 'sign up' page. If you have an account, sign in. If not, just set up a free new account with us.

Making an order with OOISAY 5. Next, fill in your preferred delivery address.
6. Your payment method.
7. Click Next.

Making an order with OOISAY 8. Also, select your preferred method of shipping. Click Next.

Making an order with OOISAY 10. Finally, click on the 'Confirm your purchase' button.

Battery Search Tips

How do I find my battery?

There are two options on how to find a product. Here's how:

Know Your Battery®, is a graphically guide by OOISAY with tons of vehicle database that could lead you to the right battery. Know Your Battery® information is compiled & combined from various battery manufacturers.

Know Your Battery 1. At the top right hand corner, click the 'Know Your Battery' button.

Know Your Battery 2. Next, select your vehicle brand.

Know Your Battery 3. Look for your vehicle model, and the appropriate battery models are listed right beside the vehicle model with the battery model, star of quality and price.

For advanced, customer could browse through our OOISAY Battery Garage which based on battery types.

OOISAY Battery Garage 1. At the top, click on the 'Battery' button.

OOISAY Battery Garage 2. Select your preferred battery types and brand.

OOISAY Battery Garage 3. Next, select the battery model with short battery specification listed. Click the correct battery model to view more details on the particular battery.

What is the shipping rate on orders?

Flat rate shipping at RM15.00 each, regardless of the battery size and destination unless otherwise stated. To maintain the shipping rate in reasonable & affordable rate, partial of shipping charges are backing by OOISAY.

Who are our logistic partners?

Orders are shipped via TAQBIN & commercial transport for Peninsular Malaysia order. Our partners are just as dedicated as we are in delivering your OOISAY products to you as soon as possible

What should I do upon receiving the shipment?

Please check our security seal are not tamper upon delivery. If yes, make sure shipment content is new before received. When the delivery is accepted, no further complaints of shortage or wrong products delivered are considered.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, please allow at least 1 - 3 business days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product

I've made a bank transfer and I still haven't gotten my confirmation email?

You should receive your confirmation email within 2 working days from making the payment & sending in the payment slip to If you've not received the email, please contact us.

When I click on the button "Credit Card", nothing happens after that. Why?

Please examine the settings of your internet browser if pop-up blocker is turned on. We need the pop-blocker to be turned off.

For Internet Explorer users, go to Tools->Pop-Up Blocker->Turn-Off Pop-Up Blocker .

I came across the name iPay88 in OOISAY, what is iPay88?

OOISAY accepts online credit card payment using ipay88 (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transaction over the internet. iPay88 also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required.

Why do I have in my credit card transaction records rather than OOISAY?

Do not worry because our payment gateway partner, iPay88 (owned by Sdn Bhd) collects payment on behalf of OOISAY

Why Mobile88.Com is on my billing statement?

iPay88 Sdn Bhd has appointed Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd as its sole authorized reseller of all iPay88 merchants. If you have a Mobile88.Com or Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd charged on your statement, it is very likely that you or someone in your household placed an online order with us

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know if my payment went through successfully?

When you submit your payment details, the iPay88 payment service will request authorization from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on OOISAY. Depending on the outcome of the authorization request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.

A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with OOISAY. It will be sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.

Why my payment was declined?

This could be for many different reasons; however, iPay88 is not informed of the exact reason why the transaction has been declined. Reasons why your payment was declined include:

  • Some of the card/personal details entered do not match the information held by your Card Issuer
  • You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase
  • Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer
  • Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer
  • Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not yet activated
  • Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)
  • There may be a problem with your Card Issuer’s authorization system
  • You haven't activated 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) of your card

If you are sure that one of the reasons above does not apply to your payment attempt, we recommend that you try again. However, should the problem persist, please contact your Card Issuer to find out further information.

Is the battery come with warranty?

Yes, and all batteries warranty are covered under original battery manufacturer, kindly refer to Warranty Policy for more details.

What will I get if manufacturer replacement result is claimable?

Two replacement option for your selection, either cash replacement by prorated or battery replacement by prorated, kindly refer to Warranty Policy for more details.

How about postage charges?

Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the warranty process. However, we ship back the replacement battery to customer at no charge if replacement result is claimable.

The standard warranty services response time by battery manufacturer is (5) weeks from the date of receipt.

How to do with the used battery that removes from my vehicle?

Lead acid batteries are 98% recyclable!
You can turn it into money. Remember sell it to your nearest recycle center!

We strongly encourage you recycle your used batteries to keep the environment clean instead dispose to elsewhere.
